Our hosts are carefully selected, and thouroghly trained before they ever represent us at an event. The majority has at least 5 years experiense in teh entertainment field.
Our emphasis when hiring, beyond their entertainment abilities, is on their patciance, kindness, and professionalism. In short we want to hire people who love what they do.
We see our main function in our jobs as hosts is to remind people they are alive and that fun is at their finger tips.
